Key Responsibilities:
As the Team Lead IT Audit, your core responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing IT audit plans that align with the bank’s goals and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting comprehensive IT audits, including system, application, and infrastructure assessments, while ensuring operational effectiveness.
- Analyzing audit findings and preparing detailed reports, highlighting risks, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including IT, information security, and management, to discuss findings and ensure the effective implementation of recommendations.
- Keeping updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve audit methodologies and processes.
- Leading training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of emerging technologies, audit techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance in IT operations by staying informed about relevant regulations and standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in IT audit or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of audit standards and regulations, with an ability to adapt to industry changes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
