Job Opportunity: Industrial Relations (IR) Manager at Fatima Group
Are you a seasoned professional with a strong background in Industrial Relations and employee management? Fatima Group, a leading name in Pakistan’s industrial sector, is seeking an experienced IR Manager to join their team and lead the company’s industrial relations operations.
The IR Manager will play a critical role in managing the company’s relationship with labor unions, government departments, and other regulatory bodies. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage industrial relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and uphold company policies to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Education: MBA (Master of Business Administration)
Experience: Minimum 10 years in employee relations, especially dealing with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and government institutions such as Labour Department, EOBI, and PESSI.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, dispute resolution, and safety standards.
Industrial Relations Management:
Plan, direct, and manage the operations related to industrial relations to maintain a stable and productive work environment.
Legal Liaison:
Coordinate with the company’s legal advisor to effectively manage company litigation related to labor and industrial issues.
Policy Development:
Develop and strategize Industrial Relations policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws, company Quality, Health, and Environment (QHE) policies, safety standards, and directives issued by plant divisions.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all IR activities comply with government regulations and internal company policies, fostering a safe and compliant workplace.
