🔹 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain optimized production schedules to ensure continuous workflow.
🔹 Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP): Coordinate the availability of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) to avoid delays.
🔹 Equipment Allocation & Utilization: Ensure optimal use of production equipment through sequential planning.
🔹 Quality Control & Compliance: Oversee quality control activities to maintain industry standards and product excellence.
🔹 Efficiency Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the production process and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
🔹 ERP & MS Office Proficiency: Maintain accurate records using ERP systems and MS Office tools.

🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Work Experience: 10 years of experience in production planning, resource allocation, and quality control within a cosmetic or similar industry.
✔ Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
✔ Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to troubleshoot production delays and improve operational efficiency.
✔ Attention to Detail: Must be adept at creating detailed production schedules that optimize resources and prevent material shortages.
