Position: Industrial Engineering Executive
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Conduct line balancing to optimize staffing and adjust operations for efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks in production processes and implement solutions using industrial engineering tools and techniques.
- Design NTN layout for material transportation in accordance with industry standards.
- Maintain line balancing within 10% of tact time variations.
- Monitor shift schedules and machine utilization to ensure Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.
- Lead innovation projects focused on improving speed, quality, and cost using methodologies such as ERCS, PDCA, Kaizen, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and line optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in industrial engineering software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
