Job Description:
As a Human Resources Intern at Zellbury, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supporting the HR team in employee orientation and onboarding activities to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration tasks under the guidance of HR professionals.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR function of a dynamic organization.
