Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resource Officer, you will be responsible for:

✔️ Supporting the Head of Department (HOD) in all HR matters to ensure smooth operations.
✔️ Assisting in recruitment processes, including job descriptions, application screening, interview coordination, hiring documentation, and new employee orientation.
✔️ Drafting official HR documents, including letters, policies, memos, emails, interview evaluation formats, and guidelines.
✔️ Providing employees with HR policy information and assisting them with related inquiries.
✔️ Managing Social Security & EOBI matters to ensure compliance.
✔️ Coordinating with the Admin department for attendance, leave records, and other HR data updates.
✔️ Maintaining HR records in HRMS/HR Database, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
✔️ Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
✔️ Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of HR functions and departmental processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Email/Outlook, Web Search, and HRMS.
• Ability to operate computers, printers, scanners, and fax machines efficiently.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & Urdu.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
