Location: Head Office, Lahore, Pakistan
Department: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Job Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation of HSE Standards:

    • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management System (IMS) standards across field warehouses and regional offices.

    • Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and continuously improve the company’s health, safety, and environmental management practices.

  2. Training and Awareness Campaigns:

    • Develop, deliver, and manage HSE training and awareness campaigns for sales and marketing staff across Pakistan.

    • Educate employees on the importance of safety protocols, hazard management, and best practices related to health, safety, and the environment.

  3. Internal Audits and Compliance:

    • Execute internal IMS and MSA (Measurement System Analysis) audits to ensure compliance with established standards.

    • Identify areas for improvement and work with various teams to implement corrective actions.

  4. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, audits, and inspections.

    • Provide regular reports to senior management regarding the status of HSE performance, compliance, and potential areas for risk mitigation.

  5. Risk Identification and Mitigation:

    • Proactively identify health, safety, and environmental risks and propose solutions to eliminate or reduce these risks.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe working environment and ensure that safety standards are followed across all operations.


Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • MBA (preferably with a specialization in HSE or Environmental Management).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management in an industrial or manufacturing setup.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and influence employees.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and identify areas for improvement.

    • Ability to lead and coordinate safety initiatives across multiple locations.

    • Proficient in the use of HSE management software and reporting tools.
