With a deep commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence, we’re seeking a dedicated Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to strengthen our Integrated Management System (IMS) across our network of field warehouses and regional offices.
As an HSE Officer at Fatima Group, you’ll be at the forefront of safeguarding our people, assets, and environment. You’ll design and implement best-in-class safety standards, drive training programs that empower our teams, and conduct rigorous audits to maintain compliance with national and international HSE regulations.
Education: MBA (Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline highly desirable)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in an HSE or IMS role, preferably within warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environments
Knowledge & Skills:
Thorough understanding of Pakistan’s HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA-like standards, Pakistan Environmental Protection Act)
Familiarity with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for audit and incident-investigation processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu/Roman Urdu
Personal Attributes: Proactive mindset, ability to influence cross-functional teams, and a passion for continuous improvement
IMS Implementation & Maintenance
Roll out and sustain Integrated Management System standards across all field warehouses and regional offices
Update HSE policies and procedures in line with evolving regulations and best practices
Training & Awareness
Develop tailored HSE training modules and awareness campaigns for sales, marketing, and operations staff nationwide
Deliver workshops, toolbox talks, and e-learning sessions to foster a culture of safety
Audits & Compliance
Plan and execute internal IMS and Management System Audit (MSA) reviews
Identify non-conformities, lead root-cause analyses, and track corrective actions to closure
Incident Management & Reporting
Investigate near-misses and incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement preventive measures
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) and environmental metrics
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and insurance partners during inspections and third-party audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Procurement) to integrate HSE considerations into all business processes
