Responsibilities:

As an Executive – HR Operations at Imtiaz Multan, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including:

1. HR Initiative Support:
   • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to enhance overall HR operations.
2. Counseling:
   • Provide counseling on policies and procedures to ensure a clear understanding among employees.
3. Probation Cycle Management:
   • Ensure the initiation of the probation cycle within the specified timeframe.
4. Information Compilation:
   • Compile and present information as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
5. Employee Recognition:
   • Facilitate the monthly employee recognition program, gathering feedback and nominations from respective line managers.
6. Employee Engagement:
   • Organize employee engagement activities as directed by the Line Manager to foster a positive work environment.
7. Disciplinary and Grievances:
   • Provide support in managing disciplinary and grievance issues in collaboration with the management.
8. Attendance and Leave Management:
   • Maintain employee attendance and leave records in accordance with company policy.
9. Team Collaboration:
   • Work effectively as a team member, collaborating with other members of management and the HR staff.
10. Ad-hoc Tasks:
    • Undertake any other relevant tasks as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
