Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Job Responsibilities: As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the day-to-day hiring process for store staff, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of employees’ personnel files and issuing required letters such as appointment letters, offer letters, and employment contracts.
- Coordinating employee attendance records, turnover statistics, and other operational matters.
- Responding to employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner, ensuring effective resolution.
- Collaborating with other HR team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
