Key Responsibilities:
The HR Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Human Resources department. Key duties include:
Onboarding of New Recruits:
Manage the onboarding process, including orientation and documentation of new employees.
HR Policy Implementation:
Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company’s goals.
Day-to-Day HR Operations:
Handle various HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, performance appraisals, leave management, and employee record keeping.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualification and Experience:
Educational Requirement:
A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute.
Experience Requirement:
1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with a well-reputed organization.
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively managing employee relations.
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is an added advantage.
