Position Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Cosmetics Division
Location: (To be shared during the hiring process — generally based at Fatima Group’s head offices or divisional offices)
Employment Type: Full-time
As the HRBP for the Cosmetics Division, you will play a vital role in aligning business objectives with employees and management across the division.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic People Management:
Develop, drive, and execute the people strategy for the Cosmetics Division aligned with organizational goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related issues and strategic workforce planning.
HR Advisory Services:
Provide professional HR guidance and bring best HR practices to enhance performance, culture, and engagement within the division.
Manage employee relations, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Potential Assessment Facilitation:
Conduct training sessions for potential assessment exercises.
Facilitate the assessment process, collate and analyze results, and coordinate calibration meetings with Heads of Departments (HODs).
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR Analytics Dashboards for top management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders to drive HR initiatives.
Manage complex organizational dynamics and employee expectations effectively.
Education:
At least 16 years of education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) from a reputable institution.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) will be an advantage.
Experience:
More than 10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level exposure as an HR Business Partner.
Proven track record in stakeholder management, particularly in challenging environments.
Strong understanding of strategic HR practices and business alignment.
Excellent analytical skills for HR data interpretation and decision-making.
Expertise in HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, HR analytics tools, and HR dashboards.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
High emotional intelligence and strong leadership presence.
