Position Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

As a HR Business Partner (HRBP) at HerBeauty, you will be a strategic advisor, helping to align human resources initiatives with the overall business goals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
People Strategy Development:
Design and drive a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company’s values and growth plans.
Ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives across all assigned divisions.
HR Advisory Services:
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, promoting the best HR practices in talent management, organizational culture, and employee engagement.
Assist leadership in strategic decision-making related to people management and development.
Performance and Talent Management:
Conduct Potential Assessment exercises, including:
Training managers and teams on the assessment process.
Facilitating assessments and calibration meetings with Heads of Departments (HODs).
Collating and analyzing results to guide talent development and succession planning.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with multiple, complex, and demanding stakeholders at senior levels, offering proactive HR support and conflict resolution where needed.
Education:
MBA or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
Over 10 years of experience across various facets of HR.
Substantial experience in an HRBP role at a senior level, including handling tough and complex stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
High-level strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
