📋 Key Responsibilities

As a HR Business Partner (HRBP) at HerBeauty, you will be a strategic advisor, helping to align human resources initiatives with the overall business goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• People Strategy Development:

  • Ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives across all assigned divisions.

• HR Advisory Services:

  • Assist leadership in strategic decision-making related to people management and development.

• Performance and Talent Management:

  • Conduct Potential Assessment exercises, including:

    • Training managers and teams on the assessment process.

    • Facilitating assessments and calibration meetings with Heads of Departments (HODs).

    • Collating and analyzing results to guide talent development and succession planning.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with multiple, complex, and demanding stakeholders at senior levels, offering proactive HR support and conflict resolution where needed.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  • MBA or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience across various facets of HR.

  • Substantial experience in an HRBP role at a senior level, including handling tough and complex stakeholder management.
