Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
  Assist in the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Employee Records Management:
  Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• HR Policies and Procedures:
  Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to them across the organization.
• Employee Relations:
  Provide support in managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
• HR Reporting:
  Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll processing, benefits management, and employee performance reviews.
• Learning and Development:
  Coordinate employee training programs and contribute to the development of HR initiatives to foster employee growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:
  MBA/BBA, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources.
• Experience:
  1-2 years of relevant experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
