Position: Hotel Manager

• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in the hospitality sector

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Supervise daily hotel functions, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring each area is efficiently run.
• Staff Training and Compliance: Ensure all staff members are properly trained and adhere to established policies and safety protocols to maintain the highest service standards.
• Departmental Performance: Monitor performance across all hotel departments, setting goals and expectations for a high level of operational success.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the hotel’s budget, forecasting needs, and financial reporting. Ensure expenses are controlled and align with financial targets.
