As a Help Desk Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing dealer inquiries and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responding to Dealer Inquiries:
Provide quick, professional, and efficient responses to dealer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, particularly related to the UAN (Universal Account Number).
Route Complex Issues:
For more complex inquiries, promptly escalate and route the issue to the concerned teams via email and WhatsApp for further resolution.
Issue Analysis and Guidance:
Analyze dealer issues and provide accurate guidance and solutions to ensure their concerns are resolved effectively.
Regular Follow-ups:
Regularly follow up with dealers and internal teams to ensure that issues are being addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all dealer communications, ensuring that all interactions are documented properly.
Building Trust with Dealers:
Ensure that dealers feel reassured and supported, building trust and enhancing the relationship by providing clear communication and resolving issues.
Escalation of Unresolved Issues:
Escalate unresolved or complex dealer issues to the relevant departments for further action, ensuring timely solutions.
Daily Reports:
Prepare and submit daily reports detailing dealer complaints, actions taken, and the current status of the issues raised.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in customer service or help desk roles.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and phone systems to manage inquiries and issues.
Ability to understand and analyze dealer issues to provide appropriate solutions.
Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
