Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Formulate and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
  • Budgeting and Monitoring: Develop sales budgets, forecasts, and plans, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the FMCG industry, including consumer behavior, retail trends, and distribution channels.
  • Education: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
