As the Head of the Center for Counseling and Psychological Well-being at BNU, you will:
✔️ Provide individual and group counseling to students, faculty, and staff to address psychological concerns.
✔️ Develop and lead mental health initiatives, including awareness campaigns, interventions, and preventive programs.
✔️ Manage the Substance Use Control Program (SUCP) by implementing policies, awareness campaigns, and intervention strategies.
✔️ Supervise and oversee the Crisis Response Team (CRT) to ensure immediate psychological support in emergencies.
✔️ Conduct workshops, seminars, and training programs on mental health issues, stress management, and emotional well-being.
✔️ Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions, interventions, and psychological support programs.
✔️ Provide clinical supervision to junior counselors, interns, and trainees to ensure ethical and professional counseling practices.
✔️ Collaborate with university administration to enhance student support services and mental health policies.
✔️ Conduct research and contribute to grant proposals related to mental health and psychological well-being.
