Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Master’s degree in Management or any other relevant field.
Experience:
8-10 years of overall professional experience, which should include:
4 years of teaching experience.
5-6 years in educational administration.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Head Master/Head Mistress, you will be responsible for both the academic and administrative management of the school. Your key objectives will include:
Academic Leadership:
Ensuring the enhancement of student learning outcomes by implementing effective teaching strategies and maintaining high academic standards.
Strategic Resource Management:
Managing and deploying physical and human resources efficiently, adhering to the school’s operations manual, company policies, and senior management directives.
Operational Oversight:
Overseeing all day-to-day school operations, including faculty management, curriculum implementation, and resource allocation.
Team Leadership:
Providing guidance and support to teachers, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to create a positive learning environment and ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
