Position Overview
As the General Manager Aftersales, you will oversee the service, parts, and customer relations departments of our dealerships nationwide. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional after-sales support, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead the after-sales team, including service advisors, technicians, and parts staff.
- Set performance targets and monitor team progress to achieve departmental goals.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Address customer concerns promptly and resolve issues effectively.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance service quality.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the service and parts departments to ensure efficiency.

- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage after-sales budgets, including revenue and expense forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in after-sales or dealership management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Financial Acumen: Proven experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dealership management software and relevant tools.
