Key Responsibilities

As a General Manager Sales, your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Expanding General Trade (GT) channels to increase market penetration and build strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
✔️ Monitoring and optimizing cooler productivity by implementing tracking mechanisms to ensure maximum utilization.
✔️ Setting, tracking, and achieving key business KPIs, aligning them with company objectives and evolving market dynamics.
✔️ Analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to drive strategic decision-making.
✔️ Building and leading a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, training, and professional development.
✔️ Implementing analytics tools to track sales performance, optimize strategies, and ensure a data-driven sales culture.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:
