Position Title:
Front Desk Officer
Key Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing a warm welcome to guests.
Guest Reception:
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly attitude.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Call Management:
Operate the PABX system to handle all incoming and outgoing calls.
Transfer calls to relevant departments or personnel.
Monitor call traffic and ensure quick and efficient handling of calls.
Customer Support:
Address and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Provide accurate information about the company’s services and events.
Front Desk Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area at all times.
Process reservations and keep accurate booking records.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Requirement:
A Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Experience Requirement:
1-2 years of relevant experience in front desk or customer service roles is preferred.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with PABX systems and basic administrative tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns in a professional manner.
