As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients, representing Excel Labs’ commitment to service and professionalism.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Reception and Customer Service:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients promptly and courteously.
Provide information about lab services, test procedures, and billing details.
Appointment Handling:
Schedule appointments and manage patient registration processes efficiently.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out of patients.
Record Management:
Maintain accurate and updated records of patients and appointments.
Handle and manage all documentation as per lab protocols.
Query Resolution:
Address patient inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
Redirect complex queries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Administrative Support:
Assist the administrative team with day-to-day office operations.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Education:
F.Sc. (Intermediate in Science) or MIT (Medical Imaging Technology) qualification.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic lab environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage high footfall with professionalism.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Familiarity with basic medical terminology (preferred but not mandatory).
