We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Assistant Manager (AM) – Financial Planning & Analysis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial planning processes and make a significant impact on our company’s success.
Job Description: As an Assistant Manager (AM) – Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Manager FP&A in various financial planning activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of the annual business plan.
- Developing quarterly rolling estimates and variance reporting for the leadership team.
- Creating quarterly and annual presentations for the Board of Directors.
- Monitoring budget and conducting department-wise variance analysis on a monthly basis.
- Managing the company’s business model, including fair value evaluation and projections for shareholders.
- Handling ad hoc analysis as assigned by the GM and CFO’s office.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
- Qualification as a CA Finalist, ACCA qualified, or ICMA Qualified.
