About the Role

As a Finance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing financial activities related to distributor incentives, claims, and sales performance. This position requires a combination of technical financial expertise, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to support the organization’s goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Incentive Management:
   • Prepare and post monthly, quarterly, and annual distributor incentives.
   • Ensure accurate and timely payments as per company policies.
2. Claims Processing:
   • Verify distributor claims for validity and compliance with company policies.
   • Resolve discrepancies and ensure timely settlements.
3. Sales Performance Analysis:
   • Evaluate sales achievements against targets.
   • Provide insights into distributor and sales staff performance.
4. Financial Record Keeping:
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
   • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and standards.
5. Collaboration:
   • Work with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and streamline communication.
6. Reconciliation & Settlement:
   • Calculate final settlements for distributors, including incentives, claims, assets, and deductions.
   • Reconcile outstanding balances in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:
  • BBA/MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in the Beverages or FMCG industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office tools.
