Position: Filler Operator – Sidel
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
Location: 16-Industrial Estate, Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar
Key Responsibilities:
As a Filler Operator – Sidel, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Operating filling machines smoothly and efficiently at the rated speed while adhering to quality standards.
- Performing preventive, autonomous, and breakdown maintenance on filling machines independently to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintaining daily checklists and logs related to machine operations and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshooting filler and mixer issues as they arise and implementing corrective measures promptly.
- Ensuring proper handling and record-keeping of raw materials for the filling machine.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the filling area and production hall according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for start-up, end of production, changeover, and line closing.
- Conducting Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures for PET lines as per SOPs.
- Operating mixers according to SOPs and maintaining accurate records of production mandates.
Experience and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in operating and maintaining filling machines, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of filling machine operations and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
