About the Role

As a Field Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in connecting with farmers and supporting them through end-to-end engagement. From understanding their needs to helping them adopt cutting-edge Agri-Fintech solutions, your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the productivity and financial well-being of Pakistan’s agricultural community.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with farmers through direct engagement and support.
• Provide education and training on FasalPay’s financial and agricultural solutions.
• Collect and analyze feedback from farmers to improve services and address challenges.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
• Promote FasalPay’s offerings and facilitate adoption among the farming community.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• B.Sc. in Agriculture or a related field.

Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in agriculture, with a focus on farmer engagement.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end relationships with farmers, from outreach to solution implementation.

Location Preference

• Locals of Mailsi and Toba Tek Singh will be preferred for this role to ensure better connectivity with the local farming community.
