FasalPay is expanding into new rural geographies and is looking for an experienced Field Operations Executive to spearhead this growth in Sheikhupura. You will be at the heart of empowering farmers by ensuring smooth coordination between agri-service delivery, credit facilitation, and on-ground support.
Engage and build trusted relationships with farmers, input retailers, and local agri-stakeholders.
Coordinate field activities related to credit issuance, crop input distribution, and farmer onboarding.
Facilitate digital literacy and awareness about FasalPay’s mobile-based solutions.
Monitor the performance and satisfaction of beneficiaries and local partners.
Gather field insights to improve agri-financial services and operations strategy.
Support agri-service events and training sessions in the field.
Ensure accurate reporting and timely communication with regional operations teams.
Education: Graduate in any field. Preference will be given to Agriculture Graduates or those with rural development exposure.
Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience coordinating with farmers, agri-dealers, or community stakeholders.
Local Knowledge: Candidates from Sheikhupura or nearby rural areas will be strongly preferred.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (local language fluency is a plus).
Field operations planning and execution.
Ability to travel within rural areas regularly.
Tech-savvy, with basic understanding of mobile apps and agri-fintech concepts.
