📋 Key Responsibilities

As a Field Operations Executive, your role will be vital in ensuring smooth field activities and building strong relationships with farmers and stakeholders.

Your primary duties will include:

• Leading the expansion of FasalPay services into the assigned area (Arifwala).

• Coordinating directly with farmers, agri-input suppliers, and other agricultural stakeholders.

• Promoting FasalPay’s products and services among the farming community.

• Assisting in the facilitation and disbursement of agricultural loans and inputs.

• Managing field-level data collection, farmer registration, and monitoring agri-service delivery.

• Supporting farmers with agronomic guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Collaborating with regional and head office teams to achieve operational targets.

• Acting as a brand ambassador for FasalPay in the field and strengthening farmer trust.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  • Graduate degree (Preference given to Agri-graduates).

• Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in field operations, preferably involving:

    • Direct farmer engagement

    • Agri-services

    • Agri-finance coordination
