Key Responsibilities

As a Field Operations Executive, your responsibilities will include:

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (Agri-graduates preferred).

✔️ Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in agriculture field operations, farmer engagement, or agri-fintech.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of agricultural practices and farmer needs.
• Ability to build relationships with farmers, suppliers, and agri-institutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
