Job Description:

As a Field Operations Executive, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with farmers and other agricultural stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of services. Your role will focus on the operational aspects of FasalPay’s services, ensuring smooth coordination with field teams and fostering relationships with farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with Farmers: Act as the primary point of contact between FasalPay and local farmers, ensuring they have access to FasalPay’s services and products.

  • Service Delivery: Ensure that FasalPay’s services (e.g., credit facilities, agricultural inputs) are effectively delivered to the farmers, meeting their needs and expectations.

  • Market Expansion: As FasalPay is expanding its operations into new areas, the Field Operations Executive will play a key role in establishing and developing the company’s presence in those areas.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key agricultural stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and farmers, to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates to senior management on field operations, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, with Agri-graduates being strongly preferred.

  • Experience: You should have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in roles that involve coordination with farmers and other agricultural stakeholders.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Problem-solving and analytical thinking

    • A can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative

    • Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments
