💼 Positions Available

1. Field Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all technical and operational activities at the field sites.

• Manage and train assigned field teams.

• Oversee team logistics, transportation, and ensure smooth field operations.

• Provide supportive supervision in accordance with Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) guidelines.

• Liaise effectively with stakeholders at Union Council (UC), Town, District, and Provincial levels.

• Ensure successful implementation of project activities and achieve operational targets.

Required Qualifications:

• Preferably a Master’s degree from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in field coordination, project supervision, or public health initiatives.

2. Vaccinator

Responsibilities:

• Safely administer vaccines following EPI SOPs and national guidelines.

• Educate caregivers about the importance of immunization and aftercare.

• Monitor and promptly report any adverse vaccine reactions.

• Maintain accurate immunization and health records.

• Collaborate with Town and District health teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Submit monthly reports on vaccination coverage and maintain communication with the line manager and fellow vaccinators.

Required Qualifications:

• Matriculation (10th Grade Pass) along with a one-year Vaccinator Certificate from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of practical experience as a Vaccinator, preferably under the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI).
