Key Responsibilities
As an Executive – Lab R&D Coordination, you will be responsible for:
- Lab Communication: Collaborating with the lab team to discuss and finalize production recipes.
- Status Reviews: Monitoring the progress of dyeing processed lots and aligning daily rework/shortfalls with the planning manager.
- Recipe Adjustments: Modifying production recipes as needed to meet urgent requirements and coordinating with departments such as finishing.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for shade and physical issues, ensuring quality and consistency in production.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Textile Engineering.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in lab or production roles within the textile industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Orgatex and ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
