Position Title: Executive – HR Operations

Requirements:

• Education: BBA/MBA-HRM from a reputable university.
• Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities: As an Executive – HR Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR initiatives and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the timely initiation of the probation cycle.
• Compiling and presenting information as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
• Coordinating with respective line managers for feedback and nominations in the employee recognition program.
• Organizing employee engagement activities as instructed by the Line Manager.
• Handling management disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintaining employee attendance and leave management in accordance with company policies.
• Working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
• Undertaking any other relevant tasks as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
