Job Overview:

As the Sr. Executive Electrical Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of electrical and production equipment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: You will be tasked with performing both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure that all electrical systems and machinery operate efficiently and without interruption.
• Supervision and Installation: Lead the supervision of machine installation and configure machines according to production requirements.
• Maintenance Schedules: Prepare and implement monthly electrical maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment is serviced and maintained on time.
• Energy Management: Daily monitoring and analysis of the Energy Management System to optimize energy usage and reduce costs.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise maintenance workers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety standards.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required for this position. This ensures that you have the technical knowledge necessary to perform the duties effectively.
• Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, specifically in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Strong knowledge and experience in maintenance practices are crucial.
  • AutoCAD 2D-3D: Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D is required for designing and troubleshooting electrical systems.
  • ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is essential for managing maintenance schedules and reporting.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary to effectively manage a team and coordinate with other departments.
