🔍 Key Responsibilities

As an IT Support Specialist at PROPACT, your responsibilities will include:

✅ Maintaining & Securing IT Systems: Ensure that company IT infrastructure is secure, updated, and optimized.
✅ Troubleshooting Issues: Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software problems efficiently.
✅ Supporting Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace: Provide technical support for business-critical applications and domain-based setups.
✅ Managing IT Inventory & Vendor Coordination: Oversee IT assets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
✅ Training Employees on New Systems: Educate staff on best IT practices, system updates, and troubleshooting methods.

This role is essential for ensuring seamless IT operations and efficiency across the company.

📌 Key Requirements

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

💼 Experience:

• 2-3 years of proven IT support experience in a corporate or managed IT service environment.
• Hands-on experience with hardware repairs, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.

📝 Skills Required:
✔ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
✔ Ability to manage IT security, networking, and cloud-based applications.
✔ Prior experience in IT inventory and vendor management is a plus!

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Salary: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience).
🚗 Travel Allowance: Up to PKR 10,500 per month.
