Position: Head of Civil Projects

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Civil Projects, you will be responsible for:

📌 Project Execution & Management
✔ Leading the execution of construction projects and O&M work from initiation to closeout.
✔ Managing demand and supply of Owner Furnished Materials (OFM) for projects.
✔ Supervising construction and civil maintenance activities to ensure efficiency.

📌 Quality Control & Compliance
✔ Implementing a robust quality control system, including inspections and testing.
✔ Ensuring compliance with approved designs, drawings, and execution plans.
✔ Liaising with consultants and regulatory bodies to meet industry standards.

📌 Budgeting & Cost Estimation
✔ Drafting and sketching project scopes for smaller works.
✔ Preparing cost estimates and evaluating contractor quotations.

📌 Coordination & Site Management
✔ Coordinating with factory staff and management to ensure effective planning and execution.
✔ Conducting field verification of contractor work for payment processing.
✔ Ensuring strict safety measures during all site activities.

Eligibility Criteria

📌 Education:
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering

📌 Experience:
✔ 12-14 years of relevant experience in civil construction, project management, and maintenance.

📌 Required Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong knowledge of project execution and O&M practices.
✔ Expertise in quality control systems and compliance regulations.
✔ Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and contractor negotiations.
✔ Ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.
