Key Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for:

📌 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
✔ Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
✔ Identifying and attracting top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs.

📌 Employee Lifecycle Management:
✔ Handling employee onboarding, training, and performance management.
✔ Managing employee records, HR policies, and compliance matters.

📌 HR Best Practices & Compliance:
✔ Ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
✔ Providing HR support to different departments and resolving employee concerns.

📌 Time Management & HR Administration:
✔ Managing HR-related documentation, attendance, and leave records.
✔ Supporting employee engagement initiatives and performance appraisals.

Eligibility Criteria

📌 Education:
✔ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred).

📌 Experience:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in employee lifecycle management and recruitment.
✔ Prior experience in the aviation industry will be preferred.

📌 Required Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✔ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
