📋 Key Responsibilities

As part of Denning’s English Faculty for the Foundation Programme, your role will include:

• Teaching and Content Delivery:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lectures for assigned English modules.

  • Prepare lesson plans, course material, and assessments in line with the curriculum.

• Student Assessment and Support:

  • Grade assignments, tests, and exams accurately and timely.

  • Maintain updated student records, attendance, and performance reports.

  • Provide academic and career guidance to students, addressing their queries and concerns.

• Curriculum Development:

  • Participate in curriculum planning and updates to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Contribute to the design of new modules, student activities, and academic events.

• Student Engagement:

  • Encourage student participation through classroom activities, debates, and creative writing assignments.

  • Support extra-curricular activities related to English literature and language development.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at college or A Levels level.
