Eligibility Criteria

Job Responsibilities
As an Engineer/Senior Engineer, your role will include:
- Complaint Resolution:
- Address and resolve complaints related to Customer Service Machines (CSMs) and ATMs within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Installation Tasks:
- Oversee the installation of ATMs and CSMs, ensuring precision and compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshooting:
- Execute advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Root Cause Analysis:
- Provide detailed root cause analysis for assigned technical challenges to ensure lasting solutions.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports and maintain accurate documentation for submission to the Line Manager.
