Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Experience:

Job Responsibilities

As an Engineer/Senior Engineer, your role will include:

1. Complaint Resolution:
   • Address and resolve complaints related to Customer Service Machines (CSMs) and ATMs within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
2. Installation Tasks:
   • Oversee the installation of ATMs and CSMs, ensuring precision and compliance with company standards.
3. Troubleshooting:
   • Execute advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
4. Root Cause Analysis:
   • Provide detailed root cause analysis for assigned technical challenges to ensure lasting solutions.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Prepare comprehensive analytical reports and maintain accurate documentation for submission to the Line Manager.
