📋 Responsibilities

As a Driver Supervisor (Shifts), you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and managing drivers during assigned shifts

• Ensuring smooth and safe transportation operations at the airport

• Monitoring adherence to traffic rules and safety regulations

• Managing vehicle maintenance schedules and basic automotive repairs

• Understanding and navigating local routes efficiently

• Reporting incidents, accidents, or violations promptly to management

🎯 Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Educational Qualification:

  • For Drivers: Minimum Matric

  • For Supervisor Role: Intermediate

• Professional Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in professional driving and/or transport shift supervision

• License Requirement:

  • Must possess a valid driving license (Original to be presented at the time of interview)
