As a Territory Sales Executive, you’ll orchestrate ground-level sales operations. Your core responsibilities include:
🔹 Secondary Sales & Distribution:
Master and implement Mezan’s secondary sales system across your territory.
Ensure seamless product flow from distributors to retailers.
Develop new accounts and expand market presence in assigned zones.
🔹 Team Leadership & Training:
Supervise Promoters/Sales Officers (PSOs), Merchandisers (SMOS), and Distributor Salesmen (SDMs).
Ensure field teams execute daily tasks per Mezan’s standards (order booking, shelf visibility, promotions).
🔹 Route Optimization:
Design efficient coverage plans to maximize retailer visits and sales productivity.
Monitor team routes using digital tools to ensure accountability.
🔹 Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales data, inventory levels, and competitor activities.
Generate daily/weekly reports in MS Office (Excel/Word) for regional managers.
✅ Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
✅ Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG field sales, distributor management, or general trade.
✅ Non-Negotiable Skills:
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office for reporting.
Leadership: Experience managing field teams.
Persuasion: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within your territory.
