The Opportunity: Assistant Manager Roles

Assistant Manager – Production Control & Logistics:
Your Mission:Â Orchestrate the seamless flow of materials and parts to ensure uninterrupted production lines. Manage inventory levels, optimize logistics networks (inbound/outbound), coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the TPS framework.
Assistant Manager – Civil Engineer:
Your Mission:Â Ensure the structural integrity, safety, and optimal functionality of our manufacturing facility and infrastructure. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and potential upgrades of buildings, utilities, roads, and other site assets. Manage contractors, ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and contribute to facility expansion or modification projects.
Assistant Manager – Assembly & Press:
Your Mission: Lead and optimize critical shop floor operations. In the Assembly area, focus on achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, improving line efficiency, and managing assembly teams. In the Press shop, oversee stamping operations, ensuring die quality, press maintenance coordination, and achieving precision part production targets.
Assistant Manager – Maintenance:
Your Mission:Â Guarantee the peak performance and reliability of our production machinery and equipment. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, lead troubleshooting efforts for breakdowns, manage maintenance teams and spare parts inventory, and drive initiatives to improve equipment uptime and overall plant reliability.
Assistant Manager – Production Planning:
Your Mission:Â Translate sales forecasts and business objectives into actionable production schedules. Balance capacity, resources, and material availability to create efficient production plans. Monitor plan execution, analyze performance variances, and collaborate closely with Production Control, Sales, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization.
Who We’re Looking For: Essential Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
Experience: Proven track record with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience related to the specific area you are applying for (e.g., production control, maintenance, assembly, planning, civil works) is highly advantageous.
Skills & Mindset:
Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and processes (TPS knowledge is a significant plus).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proven leadership potential and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
