Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager Yarn Sourcing, you will be responsible for:

✔️ Negotiating cost-effective contracts with yarn suppliers, ensuring optimal price, quality, and delivery terms.
✔️ Introducing innovative fibers and yarns, ensuring compliance with local and international textile regulations.
✔️ Coordinating with marketing, PPC, store, logistics, and quality teams to streamline inventory and fabric delivery.
✔️ Promoting eco-friendly yarns, ensuring suppliers meet Scope-3 GHG and sustainability standards.
✔️ Optimizing yarn sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and cost savings.
✔️ Monitoring supplier performance, maintaining long-term partnerships with high-quality vendors.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Master’s in Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering or a related field may also apply.

✔️ Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience in yarn sourcing and production planning.
• Strong knowledge of denim yarn and weaving processes.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Deep understanding of sustainable textile practices.
• Ability to analyze market trends and optimize procurement strategies.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
