📋 Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager – Service Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Service Operations Management:

  • Manage and monitor all after-sales service operations across dealerships.

  • Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Dealer Development:

  • Oversee dealer after-sales service development programs.

  • Strengthen dealer capabilities to meet brand standards.

• Planning and Budgeting:

  • Support in service operations planning and budgeting activities to optimize resources and profitability.

• Service Marketing & Business Development:

  • Plan and execute after-sales marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.

  • Promote service packages, maintenance offers, and loyalty programs.

• Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor business performance through detailed reporting and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

  • Implement corrective actions to achieve performance targets.

• Quality Improvement:

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  • Master’s degree or MBA from a reputable institute, preferably with a specialization in Business Management, Operations, or Automotive Management.

• Experience:

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in After Sales Service Operations within the Auto Industry (OEM preferred).
