Position Overview

• Job Title: Deputy Manager – Logistics (Supply Chain & Commercial)
• Location: Lahore
• Experience: 6-8 years in logistics operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Import Documentation & LC Matters: Oversee all aspects of import documentation, letter of credit (LC) processing, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Customs Clearance: Manage and ensure compliance with customs regulations for imported CKD auto parts.
• EDB Compliance: Maintain adherence to SROs and Engineering Development Board (EDB) reporting requirements.
• Logistics Operations: Efficiently manage logistics operations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Best Practices: Implement and promote best logistics practices and principles across the supply chain.
• Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate effectively with transport and logistics providers to optimize costs and performance.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of INCO terms and local laws.
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance and logistics regulations.
• Excellent coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
