Job Purpose:
The Deputy Manager – HR will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing HR strategies to support the company’s growth and success. Key responsibilities include:
Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives:
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the work environment and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Create and ensure compliance with HR policies, as well as labor laws and regulations.
Talent Management & Training:
Support talent management, develop training programs, and help with employee development plans.
Payroll & Compensation:
Lead payroll processes, oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent, and collaborate with department heads to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead employee engagement initiatives.
Implement and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
Oversee payroll processes and compensation/benefits programs.
Design and implement training and development programs.
Support talent management strategies, including recruitment, retention, and performance management.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with business goals.
Ensure smooth HR communication across the organization.
Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in alignment with company policies.
Job Specifications:
Education:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the retail fashion industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
