Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager – Glucose & Starches, your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Coordinating with the quality team to identify and rectify in-process nonconformities.
✔️ Ensuring production targets related to quality, quantity, and energy optimization are met.
✔️ Managing raw materials and supplies, ensuring their availability for seamless production.
✔️ Overseeing storage and packing of multiple product grades, ensuring proper labeling and batch marking.
✔️ Identifying process improvements to enhance plant efficiency and reduce waste.
✔️ Implementing problem-solving techniques like Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5S, Kaizen, and World-Class Manufacturing (WCM).
✔️ Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth production and compliance with company standards.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• BE (Chemical Engineering).

✔️ Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience in starch manufacturing (Glucose & Modified Starches Operations).

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Expertise in process optimization, efficiency enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of quality control standards in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
