As a Deputy Manager – Glucose & Starches, your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Coordinating with the quality team to identify and rectify in-process nonconformities.
✔️ Ensuring production targets related to quality, quantity, and energy optimization are met.
✔️ Managing raw materials and supplies, ensuring their availability for seamless production.
✔️ Overseeing storage and packing of multiple product grades, ensuring proper labeling and batch marking.
✔️ Identifying process improvements to enhance plant efficiency and reduce waste.
✔️ Implementing problem-solving techniques like Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5S, Kaizen, and World-Class Manufacturing (WCM).
