Role Overview

As Deputy Manager – Fabric Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, timeliness, and smooth flow of fabric-related operations. You’ll act as the bridge between multiple internal departments like Cutting, Merchandising, and Fabric Ops to meet tight delivery timelines for international brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor rework aging and conduct physical reviews of fabric faults.
• Provide timely follow-ups on urgent deliveries to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with the Cutting, Merchandising, and Fabric Operations teams to manage daily delivery closing activities.
• Handle fabric fault assessments and shade assessments for consistency in quality.
• Respond promptly to fabric-related queries from the Cutting and Merchandising teams.
• Ensure on-time closing of deliveries and approvals for multiple international brand clients.
• Oversee the fabric production quality approval process to maintain global quality standards.

Who Should Apply?

Education:

🎓 MBA or BS in Mathematics / Statistics from a recognized institution

Experience:

✔ 5–7 years of relevant experience in fabric operations, preferably with reputed textile companies

Skills Required:
